A Creativity and Care Residential

Are you care experienced and aged 14-30? Interested in music, songwriting and recording?

Join us FREE at Moniack Mhor this Summer for an exciting project exploring the craft of songwriting! You’ll be tutored by Boo Hewerdine and Michele Stodart:

In this supportive residential course, you will spend time using your ideas and taking inspiration from around you to write your own songs. Experienced songwriters Boo Hewerdine and Michele Stodart will offer support and input as they guide you through the process, before your original work will be recorded and produced by a team of industry professionals.
You’ll work alongside professional musician Mark Ellis, and a producer in a relaxed environment, with Boo and Michele on hand to help you create a recording that you will feel proud to release. The team will be happy to talk through recording techniques, give tips, and answer any of your questions.
In October this year, you have the choice to return to Moniack Mhor for an optional sharing of work alongside playwriting and poetry participants who are part of the wider Creativity and Care programme!
