Highland Book Prize 2023 Award Ceremony - Cancelled - see below

Unfortunately, due to unavoidable circumstances we have had to take the decision to cancel the live event in Nairn this year.  The winner for the 2023 Highland Book Prize will be announced on Wednesday 4th September on the Highland Book Prize website. The good news is, that Nairn Book & Arts Festival have arranged for an enhanced author talk that same evening, with Highland Book Prize shortlisted author James Macdonald Lockhart to be interviewed by poet Peter Mackay, with music by clarsach player Cheyenne Brown.
