Moniack Mhor champions respect and equality for all and is committed to following the principles of the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First policy. As of July 2024, we are seeking accreditation as a Real Living Wage employer. We have also drafted a Fair Work Policy and working Action Plan to embed the key principles of respect, opportunity, effective voice, security and fulfilment in our interactions with everyone we engage, whether directly employed, freelance or contracted staff.
